The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopees buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.Job Description:Develop and maintain a close relationship with Shopees key brands and sellersConstruct high level strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth by Identifying market gaps and opportunitiesDevelop ideas and proposals to sellers and key brands through pitching and presentationsNegotiate deals with key brands and sellers and curate SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as requiredAnalyze brands and sellers progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction and revenue performanceManage pricing strategy, product assortment, stock availability of Brands in the categorySecure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (eg : 9.9/11.11)Work closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of brands and sellersRequirements:Bachelors degree from any field, coupled with at least 2+ years of working experienceHands on experience in managing brands and key accounts; experience in e-commerce industry and deep understanding in ads would be an added advantageStrong analytical skillsMandarin speaking skill would be a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel is requiredInnovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordinglyTeam player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIsProficient in English and Indonesian to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders
