What You Will DoThe position is responsible for:·Using data to determine reliability and conformance of quality control process. ·Accountable for identifying trends and reoccurring issues and suggesting solutions. Key Responsibilities·Prepare and qualify the necessary reagents and microbiological media to carry out QC testing. ·Priorly ensure equipment used for QC testing is within its calibration period. ·Priorly ensure all reagents, media, standard microorganisms, and instruments are still valid. ·Perform QC testing (with a concentration in microbiology laboratory (not limited to): perform environmental, water, and surface monitoring sampling and testing; MLT on raw materials, packaging materials, HF/FG, stability, and project-related samples) according to the valid procedure, interpret properly and report the testing result on a timely manner. ·Prepare test worksheets according to its valid test procedure. ·Execute microbiological studies and test method suitability according to its protocol. ·Support the cleaning validation studies and qualifications by conducting sampling and testing according to its protocol. ·Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety standards. Report temperature and relative humidity monitoring results as per valid SOPs. ·Participate in internal assessments and audits as required. ·Identify and report nonconformance/ questionable test results as per valid procedure. ·Participate in investigations, collect, and compile necessary data for investigations. ·Provide necessary data for periodic trending purposes. ·Verify measurement or reading results as a second checker to other analysts. ·Identify and report quality-related problems for the improvement of QC processes and work on SOP revision as needed. QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications·2-4 years of experience in QC testing, especially in microbiology.·Proficiency in preparing reagents and media.·Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting results.·Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and cleanliness.·Experience with internal assessments or audits.·Good communication in English. Desired Qualifications·Experience in pharmaceutical industry.·Experience in cleaning validation studies.·Familiarity with internal assessments and audits.·Ability to verify measurement results accurately.
