Job DescriptionWorking closely with the key accounts in Modern ChannelDevelop monthly activities to meet sales, distribution, and merchandising targets (our share to customer's turnover, listings, POS appearance)Development of the specific strategy (product range, price positioning, relationship marketing, promotions, in store services & merchandising, training of key account customer's staff) for the supported KA - in strong coordination with Lead-KAMDevelop cross-functional relationships at all levels of the customer (buying, marketing, operations. logistic, etc) to ensure consistent positive relationshipResponsible for Sales Turnover, Trading Term, and Key Account business growthSet up KAM database and update it on regular basis to ensure systematic management of Key AccountsQualificationsBachelor degree in a relevant field, preferably from Industrial EngineeringMinimum 2-3 years of experience as Key Account/Trade Marketing Executive in building materials industry or retailersExcellent communication in Bahasa and EnglishEntrepreneurial mindset for example to offer improvement or solutions for internal and external stakeholderStrong analytical thinking and data-based approachwilling to travel to visit customers & storesAdditional InformationHR Contact Person: Nahda Miftah Aulia
