Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.Project DeliveryResponsible for the success of technical aspects of projects won or allocated.Responsible for providing technical expertise and overseeing all technical aspects of projects (i.e., perform the role of a technical expert) Ensure the adequate contribution of technical knowledge and project experience to the competencies and services. Winning Work & Client RelationshipsProviding input to client proposals and tenders in conjunction with Business Development. This includes bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs and signoff as required. Support for the ongoing marketing and promotion of the Aurecon brand through collaboration with Business Development.Financial managementEnsure financial performance of the allocated projects in accordance with client proposals, business plans and budgets.General Management Responsible for the compliance to company policies and procedures, legislative requirements and act as a role model for Aurecon’s values and behaviorsDemonstrate safety leadership in all aspects of Aurecon’s business.Provide input into Unit or office business planning, as requested.We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.What can you bring to the team?
