HR Director (Enterprise)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Indonesia Leading Enterprise Company, they're looking for a Human Resources Director. This position will be based in Tangerang area. Job Responsibilities:Develop and oversee annual plans and budgets for the Human Capital (HC) Development Division to ensure efficient resource management.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for departments and employees under supervision to monitor and enhance service quality and work outcomes.Identify and assess employee development needs and challenges across the organization to propose suitable solutions.Coordinate and align employee development activities and programs among departments to ensure consistency with company strategies and policies.Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support company objectives and enhance its reputation.Promote a culture of continuous learning and development among employees to improve their skills, motivation, and loyalty.Manage the recruitment, selection, placement, and orientation of new employees to ensure the company has a skilled workforce.Plan and execute various employee welfare, appreciation, and engagement programs to enhance satisfaction, productivity, and retention.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field from a reputable university; preferably a Master's in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development and HR, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.Profound understanding of organizational development, talent management, and HR learning and development strategies.
