We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.Job DescriptionsDevelop the planning, conduct the execution and management of end-to-end deliverable cold chain process. Responsible for managing the successful delivery of cold chain and setting project goals, establishing tasks and a timeline for completion evaluating progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure that clients, internal or external, achieve their desired results.Identify, assign, and coordinate with corporate resources responsible for executing functional activities in order to ensure projects are completed within budget, on-time and accomplish the project goals.Managing the day-to-day operations of a project including hiring personnel, purchasing materials and supplies, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulationsCommunicating with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of project status and any potential problems or delaysManaging and engaging the stakeholders in order to achieve the goals of the projectRequirementsHaving 5 to 8 years of solid work experience in cold chain logistic industryExperienced in end to end process of cold chain logistic industryExperienced in and familiar with cold chain logistic activities and regulations Experienced and have knowledge in operations flow process and tools of cold chain logisticsProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Power Point)Strong in Project Management, Stakeholders Management, Leadership, Problem Solver and Creative mindsetUnderstand how to manage Timeline, Quality and CostProficient in English, both oral and written
