Location: ID - Bogor Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Katrena Calimag Sponsorship Available: No Relocation Assistance Available: NoPrimary Purpose of the Position: This position responsible to monitor day to day cash inflow and outflow, handling local and regional reporting e.g. Forge, weekly cash, detail payment, FX deal to bank, petty cash disbursement, bank cheque, Expense claim disbursement excl. phone bill and car operating cost. Job Responsibilities: Monitor funding availability for payment. Monitor petty cash utilization and ensure availability of Petty Cash to cover cash vouchers, and ensure each claim follows company's policies and supported with proper documentation. All approved expense claims and petty cash document should be filed by end of the month. Monitoring accounts for Dividend, Petty Cash accounts, Guarantee Deposit account, Long Term Receivable - Guarantee Deposit, Unclaimed Dividend account and Accrued Interest including doing monthly reconciliation and follow-up on long outstanding balance Ensure availability of require documentation for FX purchase and hedging and maintain good filing system Prepare and Maintain all Treasury Report Prepare Promissory Note, Tickets for new loan/rollover etc, when required. Monitor government payments to ensure it is pay timely Verify all hardcopy documents Expense Report before approved. Ensure all claims supported by proper documentation. Monitor Employee Advance account and Employee Payroll Deduction account including doing monthly reconciliation, follow-up on long outstanding balance, and working together with associate, Payroll, HRD, General Accounting and GRBS on advance settlement. Filing expense claim on periodically monthly basis after approved. Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree, preferably with business related background (Economics, Accounting, Finance) 2 - 3 years experience in Account Payable and / or Treasury function Computer literate : Windows, Access Database & SAP Understand Basic Accounting & Treasury Management Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
