Job DescriptionSummary:AirAsia is seeking to recruit a new team member to strengthen its Sustainability commitments and cascade achievable goals group wide in our efforts to meet the highest Environmental, Social and Governance standards. S/he will report to the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) and work towards addressing factors that impact the long term sustainability of aviation.What You'll Champion: Develop and implement Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) goals and initiatives in line with the Group’s ESG strategyPublish IAA Annual Sustainability Report in accordance with the listing requirements of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)Align reporting to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) and other relevant global indicesTrack sustainability metrics and maintain data dashboardCommunicate AirAsia’s sustainability commitments to internal and external stakeholdersProvide ESG updates when required to the IAA Management, Board and/or Board committeesParticipate in relevant meetings, forums and workshops on aviation sustainability especially in relation to the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), Sustainable Aviation Fuel and carbon markets The ideal candidate should be:Enthusiastic about sustainability and able to work on several projects simultaneouslyCreative, detail-oriented, good with numbers, and able to find solutions to unexpected problemsComfortable with independently planning tasks and managing time, including the tracking and processing of information in a fast-moving environmentHave excellent stakeholder management skills, preferably with prior experience in dealing with ministries and government agenciesWho You Are:Minimum 4 years of working experience in aviation or sustainability fieldsBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related subjectsKnowledge of sustainability principles and CORSIA regulationsExcellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishProficiency in using Google Suite ApplicationsPersonal maturity and the ability to interact with a variety of people, including at the highest levelPosition to be based in Tangerang with regular travel required within the AirAsia networkWhat You'll Enjoy:Physical Wellbeing: Key medical and insurance benefits, maternity expenses, flexible work arrangement, and health and fitness amenities.Emotional Wellbeing: Paid time off, wellness programmes, and childcare amenities.Financial Wellbeing: Resources relating to financial, personal skills and career growth programmes.Allstars Specials: Free flights, unlimited discounted flights, and exclusive discounts with partners.A unique Allstar culture like no otherOur Hiring Process:Application receivedCandidate screeningInterview(s)Background check and/or other assessmentsOffer and negotiationGet To Know AirAsia: AirAsia has been the World's Best Low-Cost Airline for 14 consecutive years with over 800 million guests flown.
