Ability to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities What you will be doing: In liaison with Hotel’s Chefs, ensure the F&B offers are inline with the BEOs and correspond at all time to high standards of presentation and food taste. Design with hotel’s Chefs creative menus, innovative banquet concepts, attractive food and beverage presentations to ever satisfy customers . Engage the relevant Replacement and Expenditure plan as to ensure Operation accuracy and relevancy to Brand and Hotel Standards Report directly to the General Manager   Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance Additional Information Be a part of leading  team of a combo hotels in Bandung.
