We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.As a QC Operation Supervisor you are tasked to support development of all QC Operation task that related to surgical product transfer, Support daily routine activity as QC Operation supervisor, and Training Activity at Batam. In this role, a typical day will include:Responsibilities:Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes:Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or productBuilding and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goodsEstablish standard to perform the quality inspection for both manufacturing and quality operation personnel.Essential Functions :Provide oversight and prioritization of daily activities for QC Operations in Manufacturing, assuring compliance to Alcon requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.Participate in risk assessment, investigation of non-conformances and CAPA activities. Assure timely completion of non-conformances, CAPA and change request records Management Change (GCM).Participate in the development and training of QC personnel.
