That’s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and well being at its center.You can expect: Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:RMS salesperson is core to significantly increase coordination, communication and accountability both within the region and with our global colleagues including our Risk Management Solutions organization.Front to back end execution, including pricing and structuring, KYC, documentation and approvals, restructuring dialogues etcThe candidate must be able to identify opportunities, structure solutions and execute in close collaboration with product partners focusing on the treasurers and finance departments of corporate and commercial clients.Measured on revenue growth, increase in client penetration, share of wallet, cross selling and acquisition of significant deals and clients.First point of call for senior treasurers and finance departments of our corporate clients, including those with regional treasury centers.Developing and executing account management plans with tactical and strategic objectives to grow our share of wallet with clients across the region in both FX and Transaction BankingUnderstanding client’s business cycle, industry developments and sustainability frameworkOutstanding quantitative and analytical skills, including structuring and pricing expertise;Ability to coordinate between FX trading and GTB to provide client with the complete suite of DB productsBeing an expert on credit risk and first defense to avoid loan losses and write-offsLeading the client service team in Asia Pacific to drive engagement and client intensityCoordinating with global and local relationship managers and our product partners to ensure inclusive coverage of clients Meeting clients locally, regionally and globally to forge close relationships in an entrepreneurial and cost effective mannerYour skills and experience:Expertise and a global/regional network within coverage and product organization to offer truly integrated and effective solutions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and enhance relationships with senior client contacts (Example: Regional CFO/Group Treasurer).Strong sense of accountability and integrity with solid credit knowledgeExtensive work experience in a global/regional coverage capacity and an understanding of the business environment, regulatory regime and market trends across AsiaDriven and result orientatedStrong team playerExtended international work experienceRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
