Technical Function Leader

Job DescriptionResponsible day to day of KPI in Production (OEE, MDT,IDC,MOC,MTBF and MTTR).Lead, maintain Lean manufacturing concept is working.Maintain Standard Implementation FMEA, Control Plan, Production Procedure and Working InstructionEnsures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by Executing Total preventive maintenance TPM (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Maintenance)Troubleshooting process and equipment problemsMonitoring HSE in manufacturing Process (Ensure machine equipment Safely to operate)Participating in continuous improvement of manufacturing processMaintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance.Support Implementation BPS and IT in Manufacturing ProcessQualificationsDiploma Polytechnic or Bachelor's degree, preferably Mechatronic, mechanical or electrical Engineering.Fresh Graduate or 1-2 year experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.Must possess mechanical or electrical aptitude and the ability to work hands-onGood English in writing, reading and speaking skillsUnderstand PLC Knowledge is a must and familiar work with Sensor and Pneumatic systemUnderstand to read Technical /CAD drawing and Work with specific SW drawingGood Leadership and have organizational skillsMust be familiar with computer softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential focused on continuous improvements.Passionate, dynamic engineer dedicated to excelling on meetingUnderstand Industry and Implementation is an advantageWilling to work in Normal and rotating shift scheduleReady to work in Delta Silicon or Deltamas Industrial at Cikarang-BekasiAdditional InformationThis position will be 1 year contract-based.
