HR Operation Coordinator

This role primarily exists to execute operational HR activities: Managing personal data, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment. Training & Development, Industrial Relations, and other HR Administration.Job Descriptions:Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government RegulationsMaintain and update employee personal dataManaging HRIS application as defined roleEnsure accurate and timely compensation and benefit processTogether with User, ensure and update the position description as recent business processExecuting recruitment activities: Job requisition, job posting, screening candidates, assessment (interviews, medical, candidate reference), salary offering & agreement arrangementSupport competency project: Matrix, Profiling & Gap Assessment ProcessCoordinating Training & Development (TNA, Development Needs, Design Program, Executing the Program and Evaluation)Support in executing the Industrial Relations ProgramProvide HR Report accurately and in timely mannerSupport in executing the Engagement Program ActivitiesCoordinate and execute other HR Administration activitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s in psychology/Management/Law/ Related FiExperience in HRISStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat verbal and written communications skillsMeticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow through, strong interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Indonesia employment law and applicationsFluent in EnglishPreferable: Certified in IR (Industrial Relations)Preferable: Certified in CBHRMPreferable: Has working experience in MNC Manufacturing CompanyAt NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
