MS Engineer (L2)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:Proactively monitors the work queues.Perform operational tasks to resolve all incidents / requests in a timely manner and within agreed SLA.Execute changes with clear identification of risks and mitigation plans to be captured into the change record.Coach Service Desk and L1 teams for technical and behavioral skillsContribute to the change management process and ensures all changes are carried out with proper change approvals.Audit and analyze incident and request tickets for quality and recommends improvements with updates to knowledge articles.Required Experience:- Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, with a focus on data protection and DLP.- Experience in managing DLP solutions in large enterprise environments.- Knowledge of data classification methodologies and techniques.- Proficiency in Data Loss Prevention Technologies (Microsoft, McAfee/Trellix, Forcepoint, Symantec, or similar solution)Skills SummaryCloud Security, Firewalls, Local Area Network (LAN), Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), TCP/IP NetworkingWhat will make you a good fit for the role?
