Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Team Leader to take charge of commercial market operations within the region's commercial/medium-sized commercial markets or across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing various business sub-module processes and developing strong relationships with regional strategic business integrators. This role is pivotal in building a partner ecosystem that matches the needs of our customers and regions, while also building our brand's influence.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the charge in commercial market operations within designated regions, overseeing the implementation of multiple business sub-module processes.</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with regional strategic business integrators, leading efforts in building a matching partner ecosystem.</li> <li>Take the initiative in planning and organizing regional-level branding activities, serving as a core member of business organizations in key cities with responsibility for business goals.</li> <li>Act as a key contributor to the business market, ensuring successful operation across multiple domains.</li> <li>Serve as the sales owner for integrators in the commercial market, responsible for commercial service revenue and the management of commercial integrators' orders and revenues.</li> <li>Focus on increasing the share of key integrators by building a healthy business integrator circle, executing precision marketing, and guiding product and solution adaptation.</li> <li>Ensure the achievement of business market and sales targets, operation indicators, and the health of the market landscape and partners.</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or above in IT, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or other related fields.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.</li> <li>Proven track record of managing and working with teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Professional Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Insight and planning for business integrators, development and relationship building.</li> <li>Strong brand influence and connectivity.</li> <li>Support for integrator sales, continuous cooperation, and climate building.</li> <li>In-depth product knowledge, particularly in datacom, storage, and optical products.</li> <li>Understanding of partner policy and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Expertise in customer sales, partner sales enablement, and required knowledge for partner managers.</li> </ul>
