Responsibilities: Managing HR functions: administration, recruitment, performance appraisal, employee relations, and disciplinary Creating HR Policies and procedures Develop and implement HR strategies in support of company's goals and objectives. Creating, implement, and evaluate SOP for HR Work closely with other departments to create strategic planning and decisions Other related tasks assigned by the management.
