Responsibilities: Managing HR functions: administration, recruitment, performance appraisal,  employee relations, and disciplinary Creating HR Policies and procedures Develop and implement HR strategies in support of company's goals and objectives. Creating, implement, and evaluate SOP for HR Work closely with other departments to create strategic planning and decisions Other related tasks assigned by the management.  ​​​ Requirements: M​​​​inimum bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Law Minimum 5 years in HR field and minimum 3 years of experiences as HR Manager Having HR certification will be beneficial English proficiency is a must Have a deep understanding about labor law, BPJS, WLK and government regulations Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skill,  Strong problem solving and analytical thinking Experienced in using HRIS Willing to do Business Travelling to Bali Powered by JazzHR
