As the largest surf, skate, and streetwear retail brand in Indonesia, they provide everyone's fashion needs by offering the latest and best brands and products, sourced locally as well as internationally. Job Responsibilities: Leadership and Coaching: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software developers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth. Encourage open communication, collaboration, and a positive work culture. Ensure team alignment with company goals and project objectives. Communication: Communicate clearly and assertively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical partners. Facilitate effective team meetings and stand-ups. Architecture Design: Design and review system architectures, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, and efficient. Lead the implementation of best practices in software architecture, including microservices, serverless architectures, and design patterns. Technical Expertise: Exhibit a deep understanding of and experience with: Frontend and Backend Development: Advanced knowledge of React.js, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Experience with backend technologies including Node.js and Golang. Cloud Services: Proficient in AWS services, understanding cloud infrastructure, serverless architecture, and cloud-native development practices. Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, understanding of database design, and data modeling. Payment Gateways: Integration and management of payment gateway services, ensuring secure and efficient payment transactions. DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered to the highest quality standards. Address and resolve any technical challenges or bottlenecks. Job Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role. Strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in full-stack development, cloud services, and software architecture design. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of leading and motivating software development teams.
