Position Overview Based at our plant in Cikarang, we are currently seeking: Maintenance Supervisor (Bekasi – Cikarang) Reporting to the Production Manager with matrix interaction to Operations Head, our Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to oversee installation, plan preventive and regular maintenance of equipment and instruments to ensure effective and efficient production process. The incumbent missions also include improvement, upgrade, technology adoption-conversion, and anticipating minimal issues involved throughout the whole prodcution process and outputs. S/he will become company champion in safety and compliance. Key Accountabilities Plan, control, coordinate and supervise the activities performed in equipment, machinery, instrumentation and related facilities to ensure continuous, reliable and safe operation. Supervise, monitor and support team in installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. Establish and implement a systematic and effective preventive maintenance program to reduce, minimize or eliminate equipment breakdown and downtime in operations. Responsible for the calibration of equipment and instrumentation. Order and control spare parts management and inventory. Working together with Quality team to control, monitor, and handle maintenance waste. Provide standard and documentation for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes such as Operations manual, user manual, certification, and MSDS. Provide technical expertise reccommendation in implementing and executing CAPEX. Partnering with internal and Group’s Purchasing, Production, QC, Planning, R&D, and 3rd party provider. Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment Comply with SOP, GMP, FSSC, HACCP, quality standards and 5S requirements within department. Profile Bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum of of 5 years related professional engineering. Preferably has direct personal exposure on Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from Food Manufacturing is an advantage. Strong Interpersonal, Leadership, Presentation, Motivational, Organizational and Problem Solving Skills. Excellent in oral and written English communication skills Good analytical thinking with ability to identify and resolve complex operational problems and procedural issues. Knowledgeable on ISO Standards, FSMS, HACCP, GMP and Plant Safety. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Able to motivate, influence and train people, with the ability to provide individual-based seminar/workshop. Computer Literate (MS/EXCEL/Powerpoint Presentation)
