Job Description :Preparing, monitoring, collecting and providing KPI report of all employees to each of department. Accommodating the needs of all departments for any issues raised. Support all the administration needs. Manages and protects sensitive & confidential information. Provides support services for employment life-cycle activities including onboarding, off boarding, promotions, transfers, leave tracking, payroll & benefits setup, and employment files. Willing to work in our Head Office Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat Requirements :A minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a Management is preferred At least 1 - 2 year as HR Admin or related field. Strong organizational skills with ability to quickly multi-task among competing priorities while meeting competing deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills
