Job Overview: We are looking for a strategic and goal oriented business development lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the business development activity and team to drive commerce for the company. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets, especially to farmers Manage and lead a team of business development team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance our brand reputation and generate new business. Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers. Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and marketing activities. Stay updated with industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improve our services. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, especially in the Agriculture sector with focus in Agriinputs Able to identify business opportunities and leverage connections within the industry and translate it into an actionable item Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving driving business growth. Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques. Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
