We don’t believe in the ‘one size fits all’ approach and instead we will equip you with the tools you need to shape your own future.Job PurposeThe SHE Manager has the overall responsibility for managing occupational health, occupational safety and environment to achieve excellence on Cikarang sites. SHE manager works with Site team to conduct the developed SHE management program and improvement plans align with FWS in order to achieve sustainable SHE excellence by reducing injuries expressed in TRFR and environmental impacts such that waste, water, energy, and CO2.Main ResponsibilitiesDeploy the global/ regional SHE strategy, policy and standards on site to achieve excellent sustainable results.Develop, deploy and implement plans to improve the safety, health and environment records of the sites.Provide necessary guidance to department heads to drive SHE in respective departments.Drive safety risk assessment and environmental aspects assessment in the site to develop and implement SHE strategy and improvement action plan.Work with regulatory bodies on ensuring the site meets all local, national, legal and Unilever standards on occupational health, safety, and environment.Develop and implement monitoring plans to control OSHE issues on the site.Works closely with occupational health personnel to identify and mitigate risks which may lead to occupational ill health.Lead and develop the internal crises committees and safety committees: support serious incidents investigation and analysis.Control site major risks ensuring there are plans and actions to mitigate impact in cases of accidents.Work on an agenda to eliminate or reduce major site risks: develop implement and monitor the investment plans to reduce or minimize OSHE risks on the site.Work on the reduction of environmental impact with the Engineering team of our operations such as waste, effluent, emissions, carbon, and energy consumption.Conduct internal SHE audits and inspections as per Frame Work Standard (Positive Assurance Review).Support Site HR to Determine training needs and assist in the delivery of training programs relates to SHE.Candidate CriteriaExperience & QualificationCandidate must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering-related field Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company would be an advantage SkillCandidate must be able to operate PowerBILeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
