Job Description - Proceed checking in and checking out for customers- Act as a relation staff between customer service and other departments- Responding to question and demand from customer- Handle complaint and any issue from customer- Providing helpful information about apartment facilities and city public places- Providing feedback from customer to building management, in order to improve apartment service and overall customer satisfaction ratings- Other related tasks as assigned Job Requirement ・Min 2 years of experience in hospitality industry ・Min D3/S1 in any major. *open Fresh graduate from Hospitality・Able to speak Japanese (min JLPT N3)・Can communicate well using Japanese and comfortable to interact directly with Japanese・Available night shift ・Willing to work in Cikarang
