Then come and join Indonesian team as Head of Finance, Customer Service Departmentto lead and act as the primary business partner to theCustomer Service Head in driving commercial aspects of business developmentopportunities and ongoing operations.Yourtasks and responsibilities:You will maintain clean books and records inaccordance IFRS and company reporting guidelines.You will be responsible to manage the full budgeting/ forecasting process for Orders, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and FreeCash Flow.You will perform variance analysis to understand thekey root causes and performance drivers in order to provide meaningful commentaryto Executive and Regional Management.You will do monitoring of monthly costdevelopments and liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure the achievementof profitability targets.You will be responsible to identify continuousimprovement opportunities particularly with a view towards the digitalizationof processes and reporting tools that aid the creation and maintenance ofmanagement information dashboards with up-to-date and meaningful informationfor both monitoring and decision making.Yourqualifications and experience:A minimum of 5years’ experience in a senior finance leadership role with exposure to internalexecutive management and customer C-Suite in negotiation settings.Confident in leadingchange management activities and driving continuous improvement projectsExperience in thefield of maintenance services within the Healthcare industry, particularlyMedical Technology or Digital Health Solutions preferable but not essentialYourattributes and skills:You are skillful in analytical andarticulating the analysis to stakeholdersYou are a strong communicator and fluentin Indonesian and English language, written and verbal.You possess high levels of initiative,coordination and leadership skills.
