We boldly go.Principal Responsibilities:Build strong customer relationships in driving penetration of HVAC solutions.Focus on selling Unitary units all over Indonesia (split unit, water cooled package, floor standing, VRF, etc.) Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customersResponsible to achieve individual order, revenue, and gross margin targetKey Competencies and Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/Industrial EngineeringGood understanding of the HVAC industry as well as experience working on a similar role and used to liaising directly with the clients, consultants, and contractors.At least 5 years of experience in building Unitary business using direct selling mode.Having good sales, negotiation, and customer relation skillsStrong work commitment and can work under pressureStrong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skillsWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
