Job Purpose• Performs assembly and tests of mechanical/ hydraulic assemblies of low complexityJob Description• Assembles and tests assemblies according to specifications. Masters basic skills and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment in the area of expertise • Completes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and NCRs • Cleans components after assembly according to FMCTI specifications and verbal/written instructions • Uses material handling equipment to move parts, components and sub-assemblies from one work or storage area to another as required • Collects and inputs information in specific systems for cost tracking purposes • Performs all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in work area • Assists more experienced Assembly Technicians as assignedYou are meant for this job if:• High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma • Up to 2 years of experience in field • Proficiency to read drawings and technical documentation in assembly • Knowledge/use of complex equipment and techniques (e.g. FAT, Gas testing, etc.)Job CompetenciesDrive AccountabilityProblem Solving Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
