People Advisor (Expatriate Management)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with strong exposure to immigration formalities.Broad understanding of the industries that Multinational Company operates in, preferred professional services or a large corporation with an energy or resources focus.Ability to work well under pressure with a multitude of competing priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external organizations and across cultures and countries.Unquestionable integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.A good team player with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively in both Bahasa and English as required by the role.Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
