This role requires a blend of strategic vision and practical execution across all marketing domains, including digital, brand management, market research, and product marketing. The successful candidate will lead our marketing team, guiding them to deliver impactful marketing solutions that align with our business goals.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to broaden brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales.</li> <li>Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team to execute campaigns that reflect our brand's values and goals.</li> <li>Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.</li> <li>Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across various channels.</li> <li>Work closely with product development and sales teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that support product launches and sales initiatives.</li> <li>Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.</li> <li>Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.</li> <li>Establish and nurture partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance marketing efforts.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, strengthening brand visibility and business opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>Proven 8+ years experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in the manufacturing or automotive industry.</li> <li>Having working background in automotive or heavy industry are preferred.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a marketing team towards achieving business goals.</li> <li>Comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies, as well as market research techniques.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a creative mindset to innovate marketing approaches.</li> <li>Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and financial management of marketing resources.</li> </ul>
