With their commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction, our client has established a strong presence in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the property buying or selling process.Conducting property viewings and showcasing the features and benefits of available properties to potential buyers.Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the agency.Collaborating with property agents and other team members to provide seamless and exceptional service to clients.Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide accurate and valuable insights to clients.Attending industry events, trade shows, and property exhibitions to expand your network and promote the agency's services.Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and property information.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial outcomes.Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the local real estate market and property industry trends.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
