Sales Manager is responsible to grow the company's revenue by managing sales & trade planning to execution, build & maintain strong relationship with key clients / stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities for key clients. Job Description:Create and execute a strategic sales & trade plan to grow company revenue with profitability mindset.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients (offline business) that bring in the most income for the company. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, Addressing and resolving key clients’ needs with a thorough understanding and requirements by preparing customized solutions to each client’s needs.Lead the top-to-top meeting with key account to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goalsResponsible for Trade Spent budgeting to evaluation that is strive for growth & profit, through trade program planning, implementing trade promotions, tracking, field controlling.Executing and evaluating / Review trade spending program, develop and implement sales program Manage in-store BC and Merchandiser to ensure strong operation fundamental, in-store visibility & planogram.Communicating and collaborating with the cross department (marketing, SCM, VM) to ensure operational excellence Requirements:A Degree in Business/Management or equivalentMin. 5 years of relevant of working experience in Retail, FMCG, Sales or BeautyExperienced in sales / trade marketing / key account management for Health & Beauty account management (Watsons, Guardian, Sociolla, etc)Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to evaluation.A passionate, self-starter, keen learner with an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong in analytical, business minded and possesses good problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPossess a positive work ethic and able to work closely with all functions and with external parties, and able to represent the brand suitablyAvailability to travel 30%
