The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Scale up Shopee Xpress by focusing on overseeing the Customer Service departmentDrive high-impact growth and operational excellence project in a fast-paced environment with a nationwide scaleSupport ongoing initiatives within the Customer Service and other departments to ensure the effectiveness and on-time implementationMonitor key operational metrics, business reports, and project implementation progress regularlyRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or any related fieldMinimum 4 years of work experience in a Project Management role with prior working experience in a tech startup, and management consultingProven ability to manage large and challenging projectsExperience in leading cross-functional projects and teams, driving real resultsExceptional negotiation and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skill and ability to speak and write in EnglishProficient in operating Ms. Excel
