Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure their needs and goals are met using our product. Lead the product implementation process and provide guidance and training to customers to ensure effective product utilization. Analyze customer usage performance, identify opportunities to enhance product usage, and provide tailored solutions. Manage and maintain close relationships with customers, overseeing contract renewals and retention processes. Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams to improve the product and customer experience. Requirements: Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in the SaaS or technology industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with various types of individuals. Strong understanding of technology and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers. Good analytical skills to interpret product usage data. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Eagerness to continually learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
