Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.</p> <p>We are looking for a motivated and experienced IP Network Product Support Engineer to promote our product solutions in the Indonesia Enterprise Market. This role involves communicating our Datacomm solutions with technical departments, building and maintaining client relations, and supporting market branding actions in the enterprise business area.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Promote our product solutions within the Indonesia Enterprise Market.</li> <li>Communicate solution offerings to technical departments of potential clients.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships.</li> <li>Plan and support branding activities specific to the enterprise business area.</li> <li>Attend industry events, technology forums, and presentations to represent the company.</li> <li>Monitor competitors and develop alternative strategies.</li> <li>Facilitate knowledge transfer to sales team members.</li> <li>Present products to customers to increase market awareness of our portfolio.</li> <li>Develop strategic plans for the enterprise product market over a two to three-year horizon, including resource allocation for development manpower and marketing investment.</li> <li>Ensure the competitiveness of our enterprise solution offerings in Indonesia by providing differentiated solution guidance and customizing scenario-based solutions.</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other ICT-related fields.</li> <li>At least 5 years of hands-on product/solution sales experience in the ICT industry, particularly within the enterprise business field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of routers, switches, and both carrier and enterprise network architectures.</li> <li>Familiarity with various network protocols (IGP/BGP/SR/MPLS/SRv6/L2vpn/L3vpn), etc.</li> <li>Understanding of the customer network composition and status quo in the financial industry, including the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream vendors.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Effective communication and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of individuals and organizations.</li> <li>Knowledge of the local industry ecosystem with some influence within the industry.</li> <li>Proficiency in project operation, including lead generation, opportunity conversion, solution strategy development, solution implementation, and project success achievement.</li> <li>Transaction management capability, including developing effective commercial strategies, managing prices, and achieving project profit targets.</li> </ul>
