Job Purpose and ImpactThe General Supervisor will lead all bulking and port management activities, standard tank, jetty equipment or operators. In this role, you will lead bulking and port operations, data management, automation, research and analysis, safety and compliance.Key AccountabilitiesOperates DCS (Distributed Control System)Have knowledge The International Safety Management (ISM) Code / International Ship and Port Facilities Security (ISPS) CodeHave knowledge International Maritime Organization (IMO) Operates Utility system for Petroleum Tanks (Marine loading hose, Gangway, Quick release, Tower Crane, Genset, Loading Pump Station, Pipelines manifold, Oil boom, Oil skimmer pump, sampling tape and sounding equipment)Preventive / Corrective Spill and Fire in Petroleum TanksJetty / Loading Master for activity ship discharging / Loading Including Ship Pre-Berthing & Berthing coordination, Clearance documents with super busy ship activity Inbound - Outbound (Personnel in Charge 6 Jetty stations & 6 lines loading bay)Tank Farm OperationsSounding, Calculation, Sampling Oil in shore / ship tankLoss cargo investigationSite Incident Controller in Case of Emergency (Emergency Response Plan), carries out operational preparation of equipment prior to release for maintenance and ensures proper implementation of Permit to Work instructionsMaintain of Oil products in Tanks (Quantity and Quality) carry out Nitrogen Blanketing, Daily Tanks inspection, Daily Inventory stock and Monthly Reconcile stockMaking Permit, JSA/HIRA, Potential Problem Analysis, Working Instruction, Method StatementOperation Checklist, Management of ChangeIncident InvestigationPre-commissioning, Commissioning & Plant Ready for Start-upQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum four years of directly related work experienceOther minimum qualifications may applyPreferred QualificationsTwo years of supervisory experienceExperience working in Palm Oil industryFamiliar with CPO and its derivativesFamiliar with DCS operation
