  About the company: Our client  is an Indonesian based and incorporated aviation company with its primary activity being a provider of helicopter and fixed-wing aviation services for Humanitarian Aid organizations, Governmental projects, Mining industries, and Tourism Flights, adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability. Their partners include The National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure (abbreviated as BNPB), PT. Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, PT. Freeport Indonesia, PT. Pamapersada Nusantara, and PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk, to name just a few.   The management team of professionals has over two decades of combined experience in all aspects of commercial aviation, both fixed and rotary wing. Our client currently operate Bell 206/407/212/412, MBB/Kawasaki BK 117 helicopters, and a Cessna 206T. With the missionto specialised and require highly skilled individuals to perform the tasks. The pilots for example require Vertical Reference Longline competency to the highest degree given the areas and type of operations. Our client offer a rapid-response, 24-hour service to help customers cope with the unexpected. Whether it be a logistically or geographically challenging task, the goal is to deliver unique, personalized, and cost-efficient services, while they focus on the highest standards in quality and helicopter safety.   About the role: The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for leading the business development strategy of the company, focusing on expanding the portfolio in ship-to-shore services, Search and Rescue services, Drones and RPAS services, Air Bali, Aero medical evacuation services, and potential MRO division.   Key Deliverables, Duties, and Responsibilities: •  Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding the company's portfolio. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. • Portfolio Management: Oversee the development and management of business units, ensuring alignment with  company goals. Monitor and optimize the performance of each business unit. • Commercial Department Oversight: Lead and manage the commercial department, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with GM Customer Relations for effective customer relationship management. • Air Bali Operations: Work closely with the GM of Air Bali to optimize VIP luxury private aviation service. • MRO Division Exploration: Assess and explore business development opportunities for the potential MRO division. Develop growth strategies for the potential MRO division. • CRM and Pipeline Management: Implement CRM tools to streamline communication and manage the sales pipeline. Maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities. • Process and Workflow Development: Establish efficient processes and workflows within the commercial department. Implement best practices for business development, sales, customer relations, and potential  MRO operations. • Market Analysis and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use market insights to adjust business strategies and identify areas for growth. • Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to set and manage budgets for the commercial department. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the Commercial Department operates in compliance with relevant regulations and  standards. • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to clients, partners, and  stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation industry. • Team Development: Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the commercial department. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.   Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes: •  Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's degree  preferred). • Leadership experience in the aviation or related industry. • Proven success in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. • Proficiency in CRM tools and financial management. • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strategic mindset aligned with organizational goals. • Adaptability to changing market conditions. • Commitment to high ethical standards. • Experience in international markets and global business dynamics. • Awareness of emerging technologies for business growth. • Established network within the aviation industry and related sectors   ID-23466
