Jobs Description Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Conduct workshops and gather business requirements for Odoo ERP implementation. Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure Odoo applications based on client needs. Customize and extend Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements. Ensure that the implemented solutions align with industry best practices. Implementation and Integration: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Integrate Odoo with other systems, including third-party applications, to create seamless business processes. User Training: Provide training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders on how to effectively use Odoo applications. Create training materials and documentation for clients. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to identify and resolve any issues. Ensure the quality and reliability of Odoo implementations. Client Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing issues and providing solutions. Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Odoo features, updates, and best practices. Share knowledge with team members and contribute to the growth of the Odoo practice within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, System Information, or relevant fields. Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, with a minimum of 4 years in Odoo ERP implementation. In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules and customization capabilities. Strong understanding of business processes across various industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
