We’re after you with all your you-ness.   The Gig We are searching for an experienced and hard-working Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team to service excellence at our established  restaurant in Kuta.  A passion for this growing demand and market will be important. This is a Casual role and will require flexibility within your availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Assisting in Leading Kitchen Operations for Property Setting and Maintaining Goals for Culinary Function and Activities Ensuring Culinary Standards and Responsibilities are Met Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service Working in a dynamic environment with a fast-paced approach to all aspects of F&B operation. About you Are you looking for a complete change?  Ovolo Hotels is searching for an experienced and hard-working Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team to service excellence. To be successful for this role, you will have previous experience as Sous Chef. You will have a passion for food culture which will help you thrive in this role. Preferably, you will hold a degree in culinary arts as well as prior vegan/vegetarian experience and knowledge. A Food Safety Handler certificate is a must, as well as experience in a high-volume restaurant. Leadership, communication and organisational skills will be your superpower, as well as being highly innovative, curious and have a passion to create! Most importantly, you will be FABULOUS.
