Finance Specialist

Job Description:MISSION:Responsible to report on-time and on quality various financial reporting to headquarter and region. (Including monthly closing) Involve in forecasts and budget preparation as well as the analysis of deltaversus actuals. Ensure that internal control are functioning properly and that company policies and procedures are well implemented and followed.QUALIFICATIONS:Expertise in Finance & AccountingMinimum 5 years working in related field, a previous managerial experience will be a plusFamiliar with end to end finance processGood knowledge in financial regulations (IFRS, local rules)Advance in computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)Good English skills (writing and comprehension)Quick learner and ready to adapt to new waysExcellent analytical and numerical skillHigh integrity and professional behaviorOrganized and diligent at workGood communication skillsJOB RESPONSIBILITYPrepare various financial reports including monthly closing report to regional & central teamReview and control A/R, A/P & GL postings and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial informationPerform records of revenue & costs recognition; Perform records of accruals, provision, amortization and depreciationInvolve during budgeting and forecast process; Perform periodic financial analysis and reporting (cost centers, management and key stakeholders reports..)Ensure that internal control are functioning properly and that company policies and procedures are well implemented and followedTake initiative to improve, develop and enhance current company processes and procedures to comply with local law/regulations and Airbus Directives.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:PT.
