Job Description ​​​​​​ Ensure all transactions (revenue, expenses, asset, liabilities & equity) being recorded consistently and accurately  in accordance to Indonesia Financial Accounting Standard Generate Financial Report (PL Statement, Balance Sheet & CF Report) monthly, quarterly, semester & yearly Perform bank and supporting books reconciliation every month to ensure all financial records accurately presented and resolve all discrepancies in Financial Statement Check, confirm and maintain company liability to the vendors/3rd parties as well as receivable to clients for payment & collection Maintain fixed asset record and the depreciation schedule associated with Financial Statement Maintain filling all accounting, finance and taxation data & information (vouchers, report, etc) systematically and well organized Secures financial information by computing database backups & protects organization's value by keeping information confidential Collaborate with Consolidation team and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance Responsible accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and has ultimate authority over classification and booking of all transactions Validate all the proposed entries for all new products development and ensure full cycles activities has been captured properly and timely in the system Assist with compilation of information for preparation consolidation report Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Good communication in Indonesian and English (preferable) Minimum of 4-7 years of strategic finance, corporate finance, consulting. Preferably from a fast-paced environment. Experience in Big 4 Accounting Firms (preferable)  Excellent command Ms. Excel/Spreadsheet and experience in using Accounting Software/System. Detail oriented, able to perform complex numerical computations and reports with high accuracy in the calculation. Possesses good business acumen and strong analytical skills including the ability to rapidly interpret, and concisely explain in a simple non-financial way combined with strong leadership. Strong knowledge of country corporate tax laws and company regulations. Possesses exceptional organizational skills, self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritise to get things done. Having a strong interpersonal communication, result-driven personality and going extra miles-minded. Capability to handle a full set of book-keeping, trial balance, reconcile all the bank and transaction record, and prepare financial statement (PL, BS, CF) is a must Well organized & think systematically, fast learner, fast pace, assertive, detail oriented, strong analytical thinking, thorough, meticulous and has capability to handle multiple priorities & manage deadlines efficiently Create & maintain good relationship with vendors/suppliers/clients/other 3rd parties & internal users as well
