Description of Duties:Plan function Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets, and retail team's KPIs Responsible for store planning and visual merchandising Prepare competition analysis to identify the best locations to place company brands Work closely with Regional Retail Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy To undertake all training mandatory and necessary training aligned with brand and business needs. To undertake an appraisal and personal development review annually and through self-development, continuously update and improve knowledge and competencies. Drive sales at all department store counters and channels Initiate and execute sales promotions in order to achieve sales targets Recruit, coach, supervise, and motivate retail staff with the objective of maintaining the level of productivity while sustaining the team's stability and morale. Promote a customer care approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently Manage daily operations of counters and channels To monitor stock in each shop, ensuring there are adequate supplies. To identify methods of stock generation in conjunction with each sales supervisor, and to respond to stock concerns where relevant. People, performance, productPolicy & ProcedureTo develop retail operation policy & SOP in driving the excellent operation standard services, grooming, salesmanship, display, merchandising, etc. RequirementsEducation & Experience: a Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field. Min. experience in retail sales and customer service for at least 5 years. Candidate from consumer electronics or electronic background will be preferrable. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent oral and written communication in the English language. Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes. Possesses organizational skills and is able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain. Good understanding of retail management.
