Job Brief Autobahn Security hiring is in full swing!! We are seeking exceptional QA Automation Engineers to help us build the Autobahn cyber security solution and deliver an exceptional user experience. We are looking for someone who does not only write automated tests but can decide what needs to be automated on which level, select appropriate tools for that, and create new automated test solutions of different test types. This role will also work closely with the DevOps team to help integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. The QA Automation Engineer will work within a squad (sprint team), ensuring a high degree of test automation for the squad’s product domain. Tasks Responsibilities Be the go-to person in automation related activities and processes Act as a sparring partner for Product Owner, e.g. with regards to acceptance criteria Plan, design, and implementation of automated test cases Manual test execution for new features which don’t have automated tests yet Continuously improve our test automation stack and processes Expand our Web UI Automation and API Automation Perform reviews of other contributors’ code Mentor other team members in automation related topics Requirements Requirements: Strong knowledge & experience in a QA/tester role in a high-performing Agile development environment Relevant experience in web UI test automation with a modern test stack, e.g.: CodeCept.js, WebDriver.io, Cypress Extended knowledge of API testing tools and approaches, e.g. Postman/Newman, supertest Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python Experience as QA in agile product development teams Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GIT, Sauce Labs, and Test Management tools Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Docker, Kubernetes, BitBucket Proficiency in English Benefits Benefits You will have a high degree of freedom to shape the technology of Autobahn Security and the opportunity to extend your proven leadership skills, working closely in an international environment with seasoned entrepreneurs Flat hierarchy – we value everybody’s input and contribution Bright, motivated, and international colleagues Opportunity for non-stop learning from our world-leading security experts Private healthcare insurance ClassPass membership A modern office with all-you-can-drink coffee in the kitchen We are looking forward to receiving your application!
