Reports to: Managing Director Key external relationships: Clients, auditors and local authorities Key internal relationships: Managing Director, DFDL Indonesia, Partners, Regional CFO, Regional Financial Controller, Regional Finance team, Office Manager Salary range: Competitive, varying based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant. Position type: Full Time Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Main Duties of the Role: The following are the key duties and responsibilities that will be expected of you within the Firm: Invoice processing for the clients, filing documents and maintaining records for bookkeeping; Preparing payments and other relevant forms; Recording revenue and receipts and following up with clients for payment; Preparing monthly tax returns; Assistance in the preparation of annual tax returns; Assistance in the monthly and annual accounting book reconciliation; Preparing internal reports in a timely manner; Coordinating with external audits; Maintain general office files, venfor files and other related files on the firm’s operations Assistance in the compliance based on local statutory policies; and Other tasks assigned from time to time. Requirements Essential Skills & Experience: Accounting, Finance or Business Administration bachelor degree Excellent interpersonal skills Proven experience as an office administrator and assistant or relevant role with minimum 3-4 years of experience Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office Qualifications in secretarial studies and knowledge in law will be an advantage Has excellent communication skills in spoken and written English Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality Ability to manage time and work under pressure to meet deadlines Desirable Skills & Experience: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and to operate in a multi-cultural environment; Applications should include a curriculum vitae or resume, accompanied by a covering letter outlining the candidate’s interest in and suitability for the position.
