We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning. Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What you’ll doResponsibilities: Responsible for safe working practices both personally and in their designs, using the Worley framework.Technical Integrity - take responsibility for the technical integrity of the team, addressing working methods, tools, quality assurance, peer reviews, communication with team members on other projects.Work Planning - plan and assign workload equitably to the team members. Forecast and initiate workshare and/or recruitment as required.Leadership - provide strong leadership to the teamTeam Management - steward the L&D function, manage career and succession planning in the group, manage team performance, provide input to remuneration setting & review processes, team building, communication.Administration - monitor non-billable time booked by team, approve various requests raised by team members About You: Minimum 15 years' experience in engineering Prior experience as an Engineering Manager.Prior experience in the mining or resources industry.Working knowledge of multi-discipline engineering and design processes as found in Metals and Minerals projectsSound knowledge of multi-discipline design methods and inter-discipline dependencies & information flowsBroad understanding of the engineering scene in IndonesiaHave the experience and skills to set the standard and drive the rest of the team to excel in HSE Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
