As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least five years' experience as a sales in a multinational company for the job of Sales Engineer. The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.Key job responsibilities include: Direct report to the Country ManagerDeveloping, implementing and executing strategic sales plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing onesManaging and coordinating sales strategy and activity, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/servicesProvide sales support and technical advice to the sales and marketing team on a wide range of pump productsWorking with executives to determine budgets and targets,Charged with developing pricing strategies for products and servicesCount on marketing strategy for profitability and resultsJob Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Degree in Engineer or related fieldAt least five years' experience in sales and managing the team in a multinational companyIntimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channelsExcellent communication skillsAbility to think creatively and innovativelyBudget-management skills and proficiencyProfessional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the fieldAnalytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challengesFamiliarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in mining, industrial, project-based, etcEffective relationship management and communication skillsAble to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
