Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means "beautiful hill".About the Job:The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fining Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. He/she will also be responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of the staff. A leader in this role will have the ability to be visible in the restaurant operation, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle concerns, or special requests from guests.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:1-2 years previous experience in Assistant Manager in Food & Beverage.Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.ResponsibilitiesSelect, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation.The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Learn more about Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay on Social media:Instagram: Twitter: Facebook:
