We are looking for a motivated and results-driven EAM Food & Beverage to join a dynamic team for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel boasting over 500+ rooms and renowned for its award-winning restaurants and large-volume food and beverage operations located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Resident Manager will play a key role in achieving financial objectives for the hotel, ensuring revenue maximization, and contributing to the success of the Food & Beverage Team. As the Resident Manager / Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) - Food and Beverage, you will play a pivotal role in leading an extensive Food and Beverage team and must be a hands-on individual who is a go-getter, capable of managing the complexities of our large-scale operations and providing unparalleled service to VIP and high-end guests. Key Responsibilities: •Oversee and lead a large Food and Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.•Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds service standards.•Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple award-winning restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.•Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained across all F&B outlets.•Cater to the unique needs of VIP and high-end guests, ensuring a personalized and exceptional dining experience.•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clientele, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations.•Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale banquets and events, ensuring flawless coordination and delivery.•Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of F&B services into overall guest experiences.•Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue in the Food and Beverage department.•Implement strategies to drive profitability and achieve financial targets.•Demonstrate a hands-on approach to operations, actively engaging with guests, and addressing any service issues promptly.•Lead by example, embodying a commitment to service excellence and attention to detail.•Willingness to Work Long Hours. Recognize the demands of the hospitality industry and be willing to work flexible and extended hours as needed to ensure operational success. Qualifications: •Proven experience in a leadership role within a large-scale, high-end Food and Beverage operation.•Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.•Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large team in a fast-paced environment.•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work long hours.
