Responsibilities:  Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with business objectives. Managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing partners such as creative agency, vendors (DOOH/OOH, SEO Agency, etc.) and digital media buy inventories (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc). Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership plan that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs. Analytical thinker with the ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize partnership performance. Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices. Work closely with other departments, including sales, account manager, and operations to drive successful partnership outcomes. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness and promote our services. Conducting mentoring sessions on product updates for sales, account manager, and marketing teams to bolster their collective expertise. Requirements:  A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field in advertising agency/digital marketing Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to open opportunities, and build and drive positive commercial outcomes with partners. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong business acumen and ability to understand market trends and competitive landscape. Must have an existing vendor, creative agency network, and digital media buy with proven ability to build agency partnerships. Fluent in English
