As an SEO Lead, you will play crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive traffic, and enhance online presence across various search engines. You will be independent in implementing strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, architecture, and technical element for maximum search engine performance main website and Blog webstie. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic SEO plans to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads/sales.Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and analyses to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations.Collaborate with content creators, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to optimize website content, structure, and user experience for search engines.Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics, track performance against KPIs, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.Implement and manage SEO tools, software, and resources to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align strategies and initiatives with overall business goals. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.Experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing SEO initiatives.Strong expertise in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.Experience with SEO tools and software (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with tracking and reporting on key SEO metrics.Certifications in SEO or related areas (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) are a plus.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages is desirable but not required.English spoken and written is a must.
