About the department The GLP-1 Sales team in Novo Nordisk Indonesia consists of highly motivated people who are passionate about changing diabetes and in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders. We educate our customers on our products and more importantly the disease area. We help them make the right choices for their patients, building relationships based on mutual respect, honesty, and business ethics. The position As a Product Specialist, you are the frontline interface with healthcare professionals to discuss the benefits and features of Novo Nordisk’s products. You have a designated territory to oversee and are accountable for financial and non-financial targets of your in-charge of territory. Other role tasks are below, but are not limited to: You are given the ability to conduct a territory business plan, suggest and discuss relevant action plans with your Manager, and implement the agreed action plan in collaboration with marketing and colleagues within the function effectively to drive the overall financial and non-financial performance of your look after territory. You are accountable to maintain up-to-date information on customers and the driven landscape, and reporting all the information into the company’s system on time. You are required to actively take part in exhibitions, symposiums, and congresses, as needed, in order to drive high awareness of disease management and knowledge of products among healthcare professionals and to strengthen the customer relationship. Qualifications You hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in science with strong interest in Sales. You are a Sales at Pharmaceutical company (preferable in Multinational Company) with minimum 5 years of experiences and knowledgeable in private market in the areas of Medan and Batam. You are well known among the pharma stakeholders in Medan and Batam and has good communication with them. You are knowledgeable (expert is an advantageous) with products which needs strong concept (e.g.: Diabetes/ Hypertension/ Cardiovascular) and understand how to communicate products to the stakeholders. You should have strong ethical conduct sense, high degree of self-driven with a desire to influence. Candidate who holds any National Achievement Certificate in Pharma Company (preferable in Multinational Company) is encouraged to apply.
