With a strong presence across multiple countries, their modern infrastructure and experienced professionals enable the delivery of accessible and affordable healthcare to diverse communities.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage payroll for a large number of staff, ensuring accuracy and timelinessStay updated on tax PPH 21 regulations and ensure compliance in payroll calculations and deductionsPrepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholdersHandle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepanciesCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll dataMaintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality and data securityAssist in the preparation of payroll-related reports for management and regulatory purposesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll managementRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization or hospital settingStrong understanding of tax PPH 21 regulations and experience in handling payroll for a large number of staffProficiency in advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulasAttention to detail and accuracy in payroll processingExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholdersAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll informationFamiliarity with payroll software and systems is a plus
