Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and generate leads or sales. Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Analyze key performance metrics and track campaign performance to optimize and improve effectiveness. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling content for digital channels. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
